The Centre Meredith Gym is a community gym with a wide variety of equipment, enabling individuals to focus on strength training, cardio, and flexibility in a multi-purpose space. The cardio room has treadmills, spin bikes, ellipticals, and a SkiErg, and the gym has weight machines, free weights, functional training with kettlebells and ropes, and a third separate fitness area geared towards functional fitness training.
