Working alongside Executive Chef Mr. Surinder Singh, Chef Sultana honed her skills and absorbed the secrets of authentic Indian flavours. In January 2022, she fulfilled her dream by opening Cuisine Express Indienne, allowing her to continue sharing her love for cooking Indian food.
